A Condominium Association had called and wanted us to come out and give them an estimate for some work that needed to be done on one of their buildings. Greg went out and met with the property manager to go over what needed to be done to get the issues fixed properly, guiding them through our solution.
Bobby visited the property and cleaned and re-caulked 2 rain collars, then he also cleaned and re-caulked 2 flue bases. Then we sealed the 2 transition areas on the left and right side of the chimney. Lastly, we caulked exposed nail heads on the chase lid. This will keep their roofing system properly sealed until they are ready to fully replace the roof. We were proud to invite the happy customers of the Condominium Association into the Bone Dry family!
