This client in Maryland Heights called in need of our help! They had a leak at the flashing where the shingles start at the base of the building. Ron visited and provided the customer with an estimate to get the job done right, and done fast.
The first step was removing the existing decking and existing flat roof on the building. Bone Dry then went out and we installed a new 2-layered self-adhering modified bitumen roof. Bobby also installed new counter flashing aluminum into mortar joints.
We also removed approximately 3x4 ft of shingles on the roof. We replaced damaged wood and installed new felt and shingles. Then we replaced the counter flashing on the wall.
The customer was very happy with all the work completed by Bobby and the Bone Dry pros! Call or contact us today if your roof needs some repair treatment.
